Eileen Heck, 67, Henderson, NV, formerly of the Ross area, died January 12, 2012 in Henderson. A memorial service is scheduled for Friday, January 27, 2012, at 2 p.m., at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Ross, ND. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery, Stanley, ND.

Eileen Joyce (Sorenson) Heck was born December 8, 1944 to Soren and Violet (Fladeland) Sorenson. She was baptized and confirmed at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Ross. She attended country school in Alger Township, graduated from Stanley High School in 1962 and attended Capitol Business College in Bismarck, ND.

Eileen lived in Mandan, ND for many years working at Cedric Theel Motors. She also lived in Williston, ND where she worked for Jerry Harmon Motors. She moved to Henderson in 1993 and worked for a car dealership and also in the gaming industry.

Eileen was once married to Arthur Heck.

She is survived by her sons, Jim and Jeff (Sandy); granddaughters, Jordyn and Shaylan; brother, Roger (Sheryl) Sorenson and sister, Patricia (Lester) Leno; nieces and nephews.

Eileen’s parents preceded her in death.
